the best multieffect I have tried, almost infinite possibilities with the ability to change the order of effects and the connection to the PC which allows better visibility. Only downside, the pre-recorded sounds, many are not great. It remains a multi effect so some effects are a bit synthetic but it is frankly very good. The only way in my opinion to have better would be to invest in very expensive and complex equipment

Not a bassist but a guitarist, I was looking for an all-in-one box to enhance my sound, I am delighted, I found my happiness in the factory presets, by trying them, I will probably look in more detail later... The effects are well rendered (in my opinion). The tuner has trouble locking on the 2 lowest strings, it is advisable to use the harmonic. Boss seems responsive and has already offered an update for this, without solving the problem. On my GT-1B the switch mechanics seem questionable: one of the preset selection switches tends to get stuck down, which scrolls through the presets, frankly annoying!. Maybe a teething problem? Boss makes very robust switches though (see FS-5x)
